FAQs for Workplace Cultural Snapshot
What size organisation is this for?
The Snapshot works best for teams of 30–300, but I’ve delivered it for both smaller and larger groups. If in doubt — ask.
Do we need a RAP or existing strategy in place?
No. This can be the first step before building a strategy. You don’t need to have everything sorted — you just need to be ready to look honestly.
Is this anonymous?
Yes. No individual participants will be identified to the organisation, and I make that clear to participants.
If your team is small or segmented in ways that might affect privacy, I’ll advise you on the best setup — so you get honest data without putting anyone at risk.
How long does it take?
It takes up to 2 weeks to set up the survey after you provide the requested details. Then you’ll send out the survey, following up with the internal comms (emails and other channels). The survey runs for a total of 10 days - no longer. Then it could take 4-6 weeks for the analysis and the report. We’ll work out the timeline together.
Is this cultural awareness training?
No. It generally comes before the training — so you know what your team actually needs. That said, many clients go on to book my Aboriginal Cultural Awareness for Workplaces after completing the Snapshot.
