New South Wales

There are about 120 Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs) across New South Wales. NSW Aboriginal Land Council (NSWALC) has a handy interactive page to help you find your LALC.

Queensland

There are five Native Title Representative Bodies in Queensland.

They are:

• Cape York Land Council Aboriginal Corporation

• Carpentaria Land Council Aboriginal Corporation

• North Queensland Land Council Native Title Representative Body Aboriginal Corporation

• Queensland South Native Title Services Ltd

• Torres Strait Regional Authority

Victoria

Aboriginal Victoria

ACT

United Ngunnawal Elders Council (UNEC)

South Australia

First Nations South Australia Aboriginal Corporation

Northern Territory

There are four land councils in the NT.

• Northern Land Council

• Central Land Council

• Tiwi Land Council

• Groote Eylandt the Anindilyakawa Land Council

Western Australia

Here are the five land and sea councils across Western Australia.

• South-West Aboriginal Land and Sea Council

• Yamatji Bana Baaba Marlpa Land and Sea Council
  Covering the Murchison, Gascoyne and Pilbara Regions of Western Australia

• Goldfields Land and Sea Council
  Covering land from Wiluna (on the edge of the Great Central Desert), to Esperance on Australia's southern coast

• Kimberley Land Council

• Ngaanyatjarra Council
  Covering communities in the east of Western Australia, but also around Alice Springs, NT

Tasmania
